So... I'm thinking of going to see The Dark Knight in IMAX. Movie comes out July 18. I'll be out of town for a week, starting the 19th. No point in going to an IMAX theater alone. Easier for people on a weekend.

Anyone interested in coming over to the NYC area to see stuff (movie, the city, me, hopefully laramoon, anyone else who shows up) first weekend of August?

You have nooooooooo idea how much I'd love to *sighs*

I'm having an exam August 1, though. And I was actually planning on going to the Netherlands that weekend.
And, oh, yeah, there's this damn ocean between us ;)

Believe me, I would actually consider a weekend in NY just to see "stuff" (the movie, you, laramoon, anyone else who shows up) if I wasn't flying to Montreal two weeks later anyway (to see stuff... you should show up, too ;))

Two weeks later? I'll be away on the annual family vacation. The one time of year when I know I'll be together with my sibs.

But you'll be coming to Canada again, right? ;) So at least we won't have to worry about that ocean.

Yeah, this mass of water really screws the whole globalization idea... (gosh, your Pangea comment totally cracked me up, I can't stop grinning)

And if things go as planned, I won't leave Montreal so soon again anyway... at least not for a couple of months :D
So, once I'm there, I'm definitely in for lotsa trips to the States!

But I found something I'd kinda like to see, if you can stand going there... The "Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy" exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. *geeky grin*
