2) What was your dream growing up?
A. To be an artist! And to have lots of pets.
3) What talent do you wish you had?
A. I would love to be more musically talented! Wish I was a better and more confident singer, and that I could read music and all that. Music comes naturally to some, but I really have to try hard and practice often to get it to sound like anything!
4) If I bought you a drink what would it be?
A. It depends where we were. If it was a dive bar, Yuengling or Stella. If it was a classier joint, a Fuzzy Navel.
5) Favorite vegetable?
A. Celery rules. As does broccoli.
6) What was the last book you read?
A. "The Ukulele: A Visual History" by Jim Beloff
7) What zodiac sign are you?
A. Capricorn. (I'm ambitious!)
8) Any Tattoos and/or Piercings? Explain where.
A. I just have plain ol' earrings. (1 hole per ear.) I don't like other piercings/tattoos very much.
9) Worst Habit?
A. Procrastinating, probably!
10) If you saw me walking down the street would you offer me a ride?
A. Well -- I'd have to walk along by your side because I don't have any wheels! But would certainly offer to do that!
11) What is your favorite sport?
A. Baseball to watch; bowling to play.
12) Do you have a Negative or Optimistic attitude?
A. Extremely optimistic.
13) What would you do if you were stuck in an elevator with me?
A. First I'd freak out a bit. Then once we knew there was nothing to do, I'd probably ask you lots of strange questions about you (not unlike this survey; "I you were an animal...") and we'd get to know some funny things about each other. Then I'd encourage a singalong. Yes, a singalong.
14) Worst thing to ever happen to you?
A. To me, personally -- I'd have to say getting pneumonia. (I've been very, very lucky!) To others around me -- deaths of family members, and my mom's cancer diagnosis.
15) Tell me one weird fact about you.
A. I am double-jointed in both shoulders.
16) Do you have any pets?
A. At my parents' house, we have a family dog, Gracie (golden retriever!). At my apartment I have two fish (bettas) -- Monty and Owen. At my office, I have yet another betta, A. Augustus Healy.
17) What if I showed up at your house unexpectedly?
A. We would totally watch L&C DVDs!!!
18) What was your first impression of me? (hmmm...careful!)
A. You're a very established FoLC -- well-known, well-liked, knowledgable, funny, and cool.
19) Do you think clowns are cute or scary?
A. Many clowns are pretty scary, but I've seen some pretty cute ones as well.
20) If you could change one thing about how you look, what would it be?
A. Definitely drop some weight. I am working on that now. Otherwise I like how I look.
21) Would you be my crime partner or my conscience?
A. It depends... I think I have been both! It depends on how "bad" the deed is. If it is a prank or "all in good fun," I'd be your partner. If it was an actual CRIME< I'd be the conscience!
22) What color eyes do you have?
A. Blue-green. (They appear to change based on what I am wearing.)
23) Ever been arrested?
A. Never!
24) Bottle or can soda?
A. I don't really like soda. Neither!

A. First I'd pay off all of my debts (a couple of credit cards carry balances, and I and paying in installments for some furniture). After that, I'd probably donate some to charity, buy my folks some cool presents, and put the rest into savings so I could take some cool vacations.
27) What's your favorite place to hang at?
A. Anywhere, as long as it is with friends! I love the Tea Lounge, a great tea/coffee place with comfy couches and WiFi. In good weather I love going to Prospect or Central Park!!
28) Do you believe in ghosts?
A. Not REALLY, but this one I'm not so sure about. I've seen some of those shows on TV where they show haunted houses, and they're kind of convincing!
29) Favorite thing to do in your spare time?
A. There are SO MANY answers to this question: crochet or knit or needlepoint, paint, play my ukulele, bake bundt cakes, watch DVDs, hang out, the list goes on...
30) Do you swear a lot?
A. No -- actually I don't swear very often. I don't like "bad words." :)
31) Biggest pet peeve?
A. Oh, I don't have any really BIG ones -- well, maybe smoking cigarettes! Other ones are small and nitpicky. I hate it when people leave the top of the Xerox machine up, for example.
32) In one word, how would you describe yourself?
A. Loving.
33) Do you believe/appreciate romance?
A. Absolutely. I am probably one of the most romantic people ever. Without being icky and gross. For real. I like to write poetry so my s/o sometimes gets poems. I love giving presents, although instead of a crappy teddy bear with a heart on it, I'd rather give my s/o something they really want or that's homemade, or ACTUALLY thoughtful. I love getting flowers.
35) Do you believe in God?
A. Yes, I'm very spiritual. I didn't say "religious" because I don't go to church much anymore. Also, I find many "typically religious" people to actually be opposed to my beliefs. (I don't care what you say, but God doesn't approve of you hating another person for any reason. Homosexuality, for example.) I have some beliefs that don't jive with Catholicism (I'm pro-choice, for example). But I feel that I have a great relationship with God, and I live my life in a good way that He would approve of!
36) Will you repost this so I can fill it out and do the same for you?
A. Yes, totally. Just as soon as you tell me how to make that adorable text box. :)

Sorry I forgot to answer this before. Just wasn't feeling myself. I know it's a little late, but for future reference, the text box was created using the [textarea] tag. (I changed the brackets so that it won't process as code.) I didn't know it existed, either. But Anna used it when she posted hers, and I found it, as I mentioned in the entry, by viewing the entry's source code.
Anyway, don't have anything else intelligent to say ATM, but thanks for answering. :)
