Just got back from my evening walk. Had a bunch of thoughts along the way. But as I was getting back to the building, an idea struck.

One of these days, I'm going to have to:

1. Call into a radio show for one of their contests.

2. Actually manage to get on the air. (This is the tricky part.)

3. When they ask my name (usually what they do just before starting whatever trivia game or whatever), no matter what I've said to any call screener before being put on the air, respond with:

"This is Batman. I am ready to face your challenge."

*ROFL* I would most definitely choke with laughter if I ever heard something like that, I'm sure.

When I was a kid, my brother used to call radio shows all the time and he would usually tell them - once he got on the air, which wasn't too hard, back in the 80's - that he was (and I quote) "the king." I don't mean as in "Elvis" here, just, you know... royalty. ;) He used to make the best darned phone pranks in the world, too. hehe!

Oooh! at Halloween this year (when I was dressed as Batgirl) I had to call in to a conf call for work. When I got on the line I announced myself as Batgirl. Sadly, they did not laugh. For once, I think I should have gone to the video conference room and gotten on that way...

(I'm sure you were just dying to know all these things... *lol* sorry!)

Yeah, it'd be fun. Well, my new watch (once I order and recieve it) should be able to record FM radio...

That's really cool. How did the DJs handle it?

Aww. They should have had some halloween spirit. But yes, video conference would have been awesome.

(Hey, it's fun. So thanks. :) )
