1. Went to [livejournal.com profile] ksarasara's graduation. Had a great time. Got to meet some cool people. Oh, and also [livejournal.com profile] catherinebruce. (Just kidding! Love ya, Brucie! ;) )

2. Came back with a bit of a cold. Started sniffling on the plane home. Was hoping it was just allergies (I'm allergic to perfume, among other things), but I've been sneezing today, too. Knowing my butt-kicking immune system, I should be over it within the next day or so, with nothing worse than today's sneezing, extra fatigue, and slight achiness. At least the killer immune system is good for something.

3. Made my first ever animated icon today. Because... I don't know. The idea popped to mind, I couldn't remember if anyone else had done it, and I had nothing better to do.

4. I decided to share the secret of communicating with automated voice recognition systems with the power of Batman. You can listen here (it's about 620kb and 1 min 20 secs long). Hopefully only slightly impaired by the cold. Oh, and the microphone cord having somehow gotten itself wrapped around the sleeping dog's paw.

5. Unless I'm forgetting something, that is all.

Paul, you are officially the awesomest person since sentient raisin-toast. I shall share that Batman clip with my Dad when he gets back. *g*

While I cannot deny my own awesomeness, I find this reference to the existence of sentient raisin toast surprising and very disturbing. When did this come about, and are we in any danger? (Man, I'm glad I haven't eaten raisin toast in at least a couple of years...)

Also, why do people insist on this being funny? It's true. And I put it up as a public service. I mean, that's the way I actually talk to these things, and it does actually work...
