Bad night. Only woke up once in the first half, but I don't think I got much out of it. Had trouble falling asleep after the second dose. Slept lightly. Tried to get back to sleep, but couldn't. Turned out I had a low blood sugar. Woke up with a lack of sleep headache. Total hours 9.1 (including roughly an hour trying to get back to sleep). AHI 1.6. (It being that low supports my feeling that I did not sleep very deeply.) Still have not heard back from the doctor or the respiratory therapist.
