So... I still haven't gotten to posting about the rally. Or the Volt. Much to say. Unfortunately, I seem to have caught a cold or something from my uncle. It's not too bad in terms of symptoms, but fighting it off is, for some reason, taking everything I've got. I've spent the last few days on the couch, too weary to even put together a proper post (the notes for which have long since been written up). I'm sleeping reasonably deeply at night, but it's just not doing enough. I don't know.

In the meantime, I did upload my pics from the rally.

But I also went with signs. (There are a couple of pics of the rig I used.) I kind of want to upload them, too, but I'm not sure how right now. I've got a Word doc with them, but the best way to share would be to export each page as an image. Any suggestions?

Fuller post with actual descriptions, explanations, and impressions will be forthcoming... eventually.

Save the doc for the web (I forget where it is exactly, but I think it's under File). It will then put all of the images into a sub folder. You'll have to rename each one to figure out what it is, but they'll at least be out of the file.

The simplest method (if you have OpenOffice installed) is to open the doc file in Writer--it has an option to right-click on any picture and save the picture outside of the file. A bit less work than saving a doc for web and then trying to sort out all the pics, if you have that program already on your comp. If not, the save for web method is best, then.
