Had something odd happen with my phone today. It just suddenly (and 7:20pm EDT) beeped to tell me that I had a new voicemail. No indication of a missed call. Listened to the message. It's a female voice saying "ping". Nothing else. Pressed for envelope information. Sent from "*moment of static*". Called customer service. They said they could see a number, but couldn't tell me over the phone (even though I'd verified my ID). Told me to log in to the website to see the log. Did so (had to log in with the primary account rather than mine, but that wasn't a big deal). Call from "0000000086". That does not help. (It's no doubt some internal code meaning "caller ID blocked" or some such.)

I'm not overly spooked. It's weird, but not threatening or stalkery or anything. I figure it's probably some prank or something. But... any chance it was one of you?

Weird! Wasn't me, that much I know. (Strange sort of prank, that one; I would imagine most people saying something rather different.)
