It's fundraising to support terrorism and murder, and it's very disturbing, to say the least.
But it's also a publicity stunt, which gives me mixed feelings about spreading the word. EBay says they won't host an auction to "promote or glorify violence," though they haven't specifically ruled on this auction. And apparently there's a Kansas state Son of Sam law which states that money made from the sale of items produced by criminals in order to recount or publicize their crimes (as most of the auction items are) must go to a fund to support the victims of violent crimes.
Still... The whole idea of it... I just don't have the words.
