Missing a few steps. Such as, yes, Step 1, which gets the venture capital needed for Step 2. Also steps 4 & 5, which take us from Kangaroo Burger's Hoppy Mealtm to World Domination!
I don't watch South Park, but I suspect that they, like me, were inspired by this cartoon (which I could have sworn was from The Far Side...).
