Last night, for only the second night this year, I actually got what I could maybe by my low standards consider a decent night's sleep.
As you might imagine, it was much-needed. As usual for me when I finally start catching up on a sleep debt, I am feeling extra foggy and draggy today. I have a feeling I'm going to continue being pretty much useless for some time to come. My apologies to those on my friends/reading list who have been posting on serious topics and gotten no response or support from me.
Meantime, I have at least been keeping my fingers busy even if my brain is mush. I've made myself one slipper. Getting started on the other foot. If you're interested, I'm keeping this photo set up to date with pictures of the work in progress. Characters are from the Goblins webcomic, which you should totally check out if you haven't already. Even if you're not into D&D. It's got a compelling story, interesting characters, good comedy, and the art just keeps getting better. (Also, the guy who draws it is pretty awesome.)
And now I am going to make myself a cup of tea and see if I can get my brain to wake up any more.
