ksarasara has started a new blog called Customer Service FTW. It is, as you might expect, all about customer service - good experiences as well as bad. Ideas, stories, and guest posts (I'll have one in the not-too-distant future - guess what it'll be about?) are welcomed.
There's a similar site in the works, User Experience FTW. Same basic idea, but about experiences using software, websites, etc. It's not quite ready for launch, but you might want to keep it in mind as you're browsing around, using new programs, and whatnot. Awesome features, major glitches, and everything notable in between.
