I am really, really tired.

No, I mean really tired.

I mean so tired it's making me woozy. And my brain feels like it's made of oatmeal. And attempting to think is like slogging through oobleck - the harder I push, the more everything just locks up.

My CPAP (the machine which helps me breathe at night) says I slept 11 hours last night. It also says that I've had precisely zero breathing abnormalities in the last week or more, which would be pretty much impossible even if I didn't have sleep apnea.

Yeah, I think it's time for a visit to sleep clinic. Hopefully this week. Right now, I'm going to go lie down.

Well, sometimes over-sleeping leaves you as tired as if you were under-sleeping. (1st hand experience talking, there). Considering that before, you were having troubles, it's possible your body just cashed in its sleep-debt. If that's the case, then you should be allright, blah-ness aside. Even so, I hope the clinic can help you get sorted out. Feel better soon, Paul. *hugs*

I'm well aware, trust me.

But no, that's not what this feels like. And I was up last night with reflux, which can be a symptom of the apnea being out of control. (And the machine saying I have zero apnea tells me something is wrong with its readings.)

I'll check i with sleep clinic. Hopefully they can figure it out. Thanks for the good wishes. :)
