I'm sure they could have found it in the budget if they'd wanted to. But they don't believe in short-term spending for long-term gains. Or public education. Or... other things.

But hey, the school stays open. And it's being funded by people they've worked with before, who say they don't want to make changes. That's as good an outcome as could be hoped for.
