Too many factors to track. No idea what's wrong. Sometimes these things happen. My sleep is just such a mess from too many different things. No idea if I'm getting REM; I almost never remember even having dreamed.

Still a worn out mess, but yeah, gradually doing better, I think. I hope. We'll see.
