He's already been to an alternate reality. (There was a crossover series with the 616 Spidey.) Dream seems unlikely, but I wouldn't put it past them. I'd hope for better, though. But yeah. They could find a way around it. Or just hope everyone forgets about it and/or say they changed their minds.

Spidey make a deal with I Can't Believe It's Not The Devil? No way. That would never ever happen. It's just not in him. And if it was, that reality-changing deal would certainly wipe itself out of continuity.
